All interior and hardware-related materials ordered through Homzee Hub will be delivered safely and quickly to the customer’s location.
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 hours.
Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, location, and material availability.
Large or custom orders may require additional delivery time.
FREE Delivery will be provided on all hardware-related orders above ₹2000.
Orders below ₹2000 may include transportation charges based on location and material type.
For plywood, MDF, laminate, charcoal sheets, and other large sheet materials, customers must inform us in advance about the floor where the material needs to be delivered.
If the material needs to be carried manually upstairs, the following charges will apply:
Floor Charge Rule
₹10 per sheet / plywood per floor.
Example:
If 30 plywood sheets need to be delivered to the 5th floor:
30 × 5 × ₹10 = ₹1500
Total Floor Handling Charge = ₹1500
Customers must provide the following details correctly while placing the order:
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or additional charges.
Customers must check the material at the time of delivery.
Homzee Hub will not be responsible for damages reported after delivery completion.
Any issue must be reported immediately to the delivery team.
Additional labour or transportation charges may apply for heavy or special materials.
Extra handling charges may apply depending on site conditions.
